Why are your products
made in the USA?
Our main goal is to provide you
the best possible quality at the best price. We also
believe very strongly that it is important to be sure
that the products made for you were assembled and
manufactured in an environment that fosters good working
conditions and a decent wage for its workers. The
U.S. has more stringent environmental and labor regulations
than many other countries, and because we are a small
company, we simply would not have the resources to
verify conditions if we were to manufacture overseas.
Products made in the USA don't have as far to travel
to arrive at your door and therefore consume less
energy. We also believe that it is important to support
our domestic economy by keeping manufacturing jobs
in the country when possible. These are all reasons
why we place such a high importance on products made
in the USA. Some of our raw materials, such as our
organic cotton flannels, are imported from overseas.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
All products carry a 30-day no-hassle return if you
are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
Unfortunately, shipping costs can not be reimbursed
unless the product was damaged or defective.

Do you have
a warranty on your products?
Yes. All of the BlissPacks and Lumbar
Bliss products exclusive to BlissPacks™ have
a limited lifetime warranty. The products we resell
and distribute from other manufacturers have warrantees
according the the policies of those manufacturers.

Are BlissPacks safe for individuals with chemical sensitivities?
Because our packs are made with 100% organic components, we believe
them to be safe, even for those with chemical sensitivities. However,
we have not received assurance from our suppliers that all components
are processed with machinery (such as that used to mill the fabrics)
that is reserved exclusively for organics, so there may be trace
chemical residues present. We will happily send you a sample of our
materials upon request so that you may test for sensitivity to them.

What makes BlissPacks different from other similar products?
Although there are many similar products on the market, none are
designed for the same coverage or the versatility of use as BlissPacks.
If another product exists that covers the entire upper back and neck at
once and allows you to walk around with the pack on, we haven’t
seen it! We also have not found another product that is 100% organic.
Some of the other microwave heat packs boast organic filling, but they
are still made with conventional and/or synthetic fabrics that may
expose you to pesticide residues and other chemicals.
